Very fast and easy
This was my first time ordering from this site. I ordered 5kg advanced soy wax, 100ml x 4 fragrances - chai tea, French vanilla, sage and pomegranate and sun washed linen and the sample pack of HTC wicks. To my surprise the order arrived the next day by courier and only cost $6. I thought it would cost more because it was over 5kg and was so fast. My only feedback is the fragrances were not wrapped separately which could cause spillage however this did not happen with my package.

Fast service
I had some reed diffuser sticks that had stopped throwing off a scent. This was probably because the reeds had become over-saturated with fragrance. I also had some reed diffuser sticks that didn’t work because the fragrance was too weak or the reeds were faulty. I searched online for a company that sold reed diffuser sticks. I chose Natural Candle Supply due to the positive reviews on their website and also on this website.
I thought that the postage cost of $15.25 was slightly too much for a small order. For this reason, I bought extra reeds just in case I needed them in the future.
I placed my order on 22 December 2015. I received my order on 24 December 2015. The reed diffuser sticks were enclosed in a plastic bag and a cardboard box.
