Took 12 days from order to shipping & order was wrong
Ordered 2 tees, order says max delivery days 5. Chased after 6 days. Took a further 6 days before the order was shipped. Arrived too late for event where they were going to be worn and one tee had been printed with the wrong wording.
Wasn't impressed, so contacted (name removed) for a refund, which was promised. Chased several times and despite more promises to refund, nothing after another 3 weeks.
Won't be using them again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. There are plenty of similar businesses who deal with this sort of dispute promptly.
I made two orders, one on 18/2/2014 and another 20/2/2014. Was advised online that they would be shipped by 23/2 and 25/2 respectively, and I ordered Express Post, adding 1 day for postage. So I should have received them around the 26th-27th at the latest. On the 28th I called and emailed to find out where the orders hadn't shown. I was advised they'd been lost/forgotten. The guy was nice, friendly, and said he'd try to get them to me on the Saturday as I needed them for an event on the Sunday. He advised that night that he hadn't been able to get them to me, I'd get them on the Monday. On the Saturday I requested that he still send them for Monday arrival, but I asked for a discount as I wasn't too impressed. He agreed to discount due to the muck up. Monday came, no shirts. I emailed him, no answer. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday no shirts. I opened a case in PayPal which is ongoing. Hopefully I'll get my $200 back!
Because I needed a tee asap I went through this website because the site I usually buy from takes nine days. I am in Brisbane so I thought it would take around a week.
After paying on order, I emailed after 14 days asking how the tee was going. I was emailed back that it had been shipped that day. (14 days later???) After another two weeks I emailed saying that it had not been delivered - could I please get a tracking number for my order. Over the next two weeks and four emails of inquiry I gave up.
So I basically threw $26 in the bin.
DO NOT - order from this company. It is quite obviously a scam. I WISH I had read the reviews before I ordered from them.
Just sending you guys a HUGE big thank-you… You are extraordinary in your commitment to customer service. I got the t-shirt today and now I can give it on Christmas Day. Image quality is awesome.
Service was great and when I had a problem, it was quickly rectified over the phone.
I ordered 20 t shirts on a Sunday night, they were at my door step Wednesday morning, which i found to be extremely quick.
The print quality is good, and has stood the test of time in the washing machine.
