Slow to ship, absolutely no customer service help at all
Thursday 1/15/2015 placed Ordered $64.97 + $15.sh
Friday 1/16, date they lied and said they shipped out order via FedEx and I would receive my order in 4-7 days.
Monday 1/19/2015 Date they actually sent pickup request to FedEx
Tuesday 1/20 date given tracking #549127160200737, order arrived at FedEx "City of Industry, California"
Wednesday 1/21 7pm date departed City of Industry, Ca"
Thursday 1/22 date order arrived in Troutdale, Oregon (I live in Oregon)
Friday 1/23 Left Oregon, 7 days since they said order would arrive in 4-7 days. Friday 1/23 Order arrived in Kent, Washington. (Why did my order leave the State it is suppose to be delivered in?)
Sunday 1/25 1:01pm departed Kent, Wa Sunday 1/25 4:30pm Shipment information sent to U.S. Postal Service (Why is FedEx giving my info to USPS?)
Monday 1/26 7:55pm Arrived Portland, Oregon (Yaa, back in Oregon, again, where it never should have left)
Tuesday, 1/27, I still do not have my order. It has now been 12 days since I placed the order and it's been 11 days since they sent an email stating aid my order would arrive in 4-7 days, obviously it did not arrive. I have attempted to contact them no less then 6 times since placing the order and they have not responded to a single message or call! Their home page states "100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" but given they won't return a call, email or online message and they flat out LIED about when they shipped my order I assume that too is a lie and they just do not give a shyt if the customer is happy or not!
FedEx tracking says the package will arrive in my town on Wednesday 1/28. Previous experience tells me FedEx will deliver it to the Post Office on Wednesday, instead of delivering it to my home and the Post Office will slip a notice in my mailbox on Thursday 1/29 (14 days from order date) or Friday 1/30 (15 days) , they close at 4:30 Friday and I will have to wait until they are open again on Monday 2/2/2015 before I can pick up my order, 18 days since my order date. 18 days? US Postal Service could have delivered it for half the costs in half the time!
THIS SUCKS!! I do not understand why we pay FedEx shipping costs only to get US Postal Service Delivery that does not come to our door??!! And why does Toon Junkie LIE about when they ship and when your order will arrive? Same reason they lie about 100% customer satisfaction is my guess, they just can't be trusted!
I ordered 8 scrolls on the 11th of November and received it in about 2 weeks considering it was shipped from overseas. The quality of the scrolls is simply amazing!!! One of the scrolls was damaged and they basically told me to send it back on their dime and they will send me out a new one. Talk about great customer service, thought it was non existent nowadays.
I am totally satisfied and will definitely be buying more scrolls from TOON JUNKIE.!!!
I bought two Anime wall scrolls off this site and they are great. the size charts are really easy to understand and exceptional range. They gave me free shipping over fifty bucks which was nice as i only paid $51 ha so its no crazy tricks. I does ship from america, which as we know takes time but all good on my front really enjoyable experience. cheers pablo
