Price was great. When the vertical blinds arrived I was surprised at the quality - comparable to blinds costing three times as much locally. The clips that attach the blinds to the rail were missing (quality control in shipping?), but they dispatched a set via courier that arrived next day in Brisbane. Great follow-up and service. Very happy with the product. Look great, and block out of sun is very good
