Still waiting on shipment Website still has items sitting in cart. After the order was submitted we were contacted that some off the products were not available. My company was charged and it seems something is wrong

Probably the worst customer service experience in all my years if doing business. Seems like the staff is stretched to thin. They don't respond in a timely manner. Their minimum purchase is set to high compared to other wholesalers. They dont process credit cards on their website so you have do deal with someone over the phone who forgets your order. Think I will pass on this company for now till they can get everything in order.

Worst Service Ever!
Worst service ever. Need people who are will to do what it takes to help you rather than refuse you service for there errors. I placed my order on Friday he didn't call until the following Monday to tell me that the order was not possessed, now at this point I have already paid for my order expecting it to be here along with my costumers... Then because he misheard me he entered my billing address wrong. Then REFUSES to run my card again even after I spoke with the back telling me all was good on my end... RIDICULOUS!!

Disappointed
I've been using LA Vaporz for a couple of months and have over all been pleased with their prices & delivery. A couple of weeks ago I placed my largest order to date and really needed it for the weekend. (Had a big day planned including a cloud comp.) I called on Tuesday, was assured that the order was going out that day, so I paid extra for 3-day shipping to be sure I had it in time. The order didn't go out until Thursday, so I did not have it for the weekend. Had I known that it wasn't shipping until Thursday, I would have paid for next day delivery. Very disappointed, might not use them again.

super slow to fulfill the orders. 2 weeks past, still no further update for second order.First order, got phone to confirm my order; for second order, no call, no delivery. Bad experience.

Big fail
Ordered a few times from them. Some prices were attractive, but each time I would get a callback 1 or 2 days after submitting the order telling me they were out of stock on some items. The final straw was when I tried to return 2 DOA items and couldn't find an RMA procedure on their site. Well, that's because they don't have one! I emailed them first and got no response. 4 days later I called and was told that I had to contact the manufacturer ( Kanger in this case) and they refused to honor the warrantee. Of course Kanger told me that my vendor has the responsibility for returns. This makes me question whether Lavaporz is an authorized reseller. I won't be giving them any more of my business and strongly suggest that you stay away as well.
