Hi, Not much to say. Product took a week to arrive. Terrible postage. Will not be using your company again. Might need to train staff in relation to customer service which was lacking. I should not be told to chase up my item through Australia post. I'm the customer who paid YOU for product.
I was annoyed that they put the parcel at the post office and not at my home. I work so have to now organise to leave work early to pick it up. Other companies I order from leave it at the house!
I STILL haven't received my parcel! 7 days already. According to the shipping information it never got to Australia post when you said it did. And it is STILL in VIC having only been processed into Aust Post on Sunday. I am very peeved and won't be ordering from you again. I could have bought it locally and had it a week ago, when i needed it.

The original item I wanted was listed as in stock on the website but almost 24 hours after my order I get an email asking if I would accept a substitute flavour. As I really needed the product I accepted the alternative. I paid for express postage and sadly It took 10 days to get the item. It did not arrive by the time I needed it and I bought and received the same product from another supplier before this one arrived. I was refunded my express postage costs but it was enough to make me decide to stick with my primary supplier.
You want feedback but after 5 business days my order has only just arrived in Brisbane.. definitely didn't expect such a long wait and would not purchase with your company again.
Love the product, easy online service, mailing was the issue, very slow mailing service, took 8 days to get to the my mailing address, now I no how long it took, I'd buy my products in advance before needing to use them.
Ordered oxyshred last Thursday June 30 via express post and 8 days later still hasn't arrived. The person I asked about it was friendly and quite helpful but so far only offered a refund of the $2 express fee. I think waiting this long you could expect a special offer or a freebie at least
