From the minute I ordered the bracelet online, I received emails to let me know that they were processing the order, when it will ship, the tracking number, and in only 3 days, I received the bracelet I purchased.
The bracelet is beautiful, I would say that the clasp to secure the bracelet to the ring is barely wide enough to "clip it" to the ring. It is a pink gold bracelet, but the clasp looks like gold, but I am not sure if it is real gold or not. The reason for the concern is my wife is allergic to sterling silver or silver plated.

They're so well made that you cannot see any line where the bracelet is "joined" together. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I love this store!
