Worst store ever. Taking legal action.
Ordered - No confirmation email. Called - no connected phone number or voicemail. Emailed - replied days later not 24 hours as they guaranteed. After angry emails they finally "find the order" but ask for all the information again. We paid for rush shipping - received the item over two weeks later, no refund for the shipping paid. Received the item late - it was broken in half.
Literally the worst store ever and the most rude incompetent people I've ever dealt with.
We emailed re the broken item - no reply it's been 5 days now.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Ordered February 25, order on the website said processing on March 1 but nothing happened or arrived by early April, emailed and called to enquire on time frame as my order was a wedding present for early May. No replies to multiple calls and emails. Had to go through PayPal to dispute and get a refund. Within 4 hrs of opening a dispute in PayPal my order had changed from processing to on hold so clearly they get emails from PayPal and can take quick action. Started dispute on April 4, advised by PayPal that seller has issued refund on April 7. Seller didn't even bother to try and keep my business even though I stated I still wanted the goods. I do a lot of online shopping and this is by far the worst seller I have dealt with. Terrible service and shouldn't be allowed to operate.
I bought something on Monday for a wedding for my best friend this weekend and it already arrived today!
The board was totally better than i expected and i was blown away by the professionalism of the team. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique gift. Will certainly be guying again!

Beyond awful
I would like to start by saying I have never in my life given a bad review until today. This company is horrible. I ordered a personalized cheese board for a 30th wedding anniversary. I had ordered it a month in advance, I reviewed an email the week of the anniversary saying I hadn't approved the draft they sent me, which I was not sent in the first place. After emailing back and calling I had no response and no cheeseboard. Since then I have sent a further 2 emails and tried calling at least 15 times and I can not get through. I have no idea what is going on but I will be attaboy int to get a refund from today.

Poor customer service. Shephanie not returning emails, SMS, and cannot speak to her by phone? I have paid $48.90 paypal for a chopping board. Does any one have any ideas on how to investigate this business?
I'm having exactly the same issue. I wish I had of known about estore review before I placed an order with this dodgy lot! So disappointed as it was to be a wedding gift. I have lodged a dispute with PayPal, they say to make contact with the seller but that's proving very difficult when I can't speak to them by phone and they won't return my calls or emails! This so called business needs to be shut down immediately!
Hi KimD so frustrating. I lodged a complaint with scamwatch, and paypal when i spoke to them were very good. They gave them 10 days to give answers or the money would be refunded. I have got my money back, and I'm not sure who was the driving force behind it. If it's a personalised chopping board you wanted there is a company on the ETSY site (which was recommended to me)called Eight One Creations who did a beautiful job and were quick. PERSONALISED FOR ME SHOULD GET PROSECUTED.

Very Disappointed
I first went on their website to order some personalised chopping boards for Christmas on 14/12/15. I chose the express post that said the order needed to be in by 18/12/15 which I clearly made that deadline.
14/12/15 I ordered two different boards and got an email back saying the order was being processed. I wrote in the comments to contact me if the boards would not be arriving by 23/12/15 to notify me.
17/12/15 I still not had heard from anyone to send me proofs and confirm the order so I emailed them to double check they would be arriving by the Wed and ensure the order had been processed. I tried to call and message the mobile number but it would ring out and I could not leave a message on their mobile.
19/12/15 I finally heard back from Stephanie (I had actually contacted a different business that morning to do the boards because I hadn't heard back from Personalised For Me) that morning and she said she had sent the proofs though on 16/12/15 which I never received. She said the boards would be engraved that day and the boards would arrive by Tuesday.
The boards had not arrived by the Tues or Wed so once again I emailed and tried to call but once again there was no message bank and no answer. The boards ended up arriving late Thursday afternoon (Christmas Eve) when my partner had already left for Christmas with his family (one of the boards was for them) so I had to express post that to them, which they didn't receive until the next week.
To this day I never got a reply via email from the last contact about why the boards hadn't arrived.
Overall I was extremely disappointed with their customer service, email reply and not being able to have phone contact. I definitely would not shop with them again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

FRUSTRATING
I placed an order almost 2 months ago. Still no boards. Took my money straight away.
After a few emails and no replies, i finally got an email saying that i never approved of the templates. I emailed back saying i have approved them. And still nothing. More emails sent. Facebook message sent. Still nothing DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
