Original item lost in transit, but replacement sent for free
Ordered an PainPod Massager for a relative who has health concerns
Payment was quick and easy and the order was shipped for free. i received an item posted email with a tracking number
However, the package remained "in transit" for over two weeks.
As the item was coming from Queensland, i felt that it was taking too long, so i called Australia Post, who advised me to call the store.
I called up Chemist Australia and was advised that they would look into it for me. Not hearing a reply after 10 days, I called again and was told that the item had been lost in transit (assumed stolen) and they were unable to track its whereabouts.
A new massager was sent out, this time to an alternate address for security concerns. A little inconvenient but understandable considering the disappearance of the first one.
All in all, it took around 2 months for the item to arrive. No fault of Chemist Australia, as they were helpful (if somewhat slow) in re-sending a new massager.
Got a voucher for free shipping on the Chemist Australia and used it in conjunction with sales items. Ended up with a box of 100 Panamax tablets delivered for $0.99. However, it took close to 2 weeks for the order to be shipped out. My order was received 3 days after it was marked as shipped. The website ordering system is basic and easy to use.

Hopefully my relative is making good use of it.
Would buy from Chemist Australia again
