On the 06/11/2012 i ordered 2 'UNIDEN 72XLT VHF/UHF Scanners' for $20 each (clearance),when i arrived one of the scanners was a returned unit which wasn't declared on the site,she take off another $5 which was okay i guess.
There was no shipping charge as it was a Click & Collect reservation.

On the 15/03/2013 i ordered a 'Oregon Scientific Smart Heart HRM' through DSE's online click & collect system and within an hour i received notification that my order was ready for pick up so pretty happy with that! The product itself is of reasonable quality and seems easy enough to setup.
As this was an in store pick up there was no shipping charges.

On the 10/04/2013 i ordered 1x 'AMAYSIM $2 SIM Card Pack' from Dick Smith Electronics and on the 12/04/2013 i received notification that my order had been shipped,on the 17/04/2013 i received a notification from the courier company (StarTrack) that they attempted to deliver the item but i wasn't home so they left it at my local post office.

i bought a black caselogic nylon case for my small portable harddrive
ordered on the 16th and arrived on the 20th, via courier, requiring a signature. was sent confirmation emails of the purchase and dispatch, as well as a link to track my order. so definitely happy with the price, delivery time and security of the order
however, the website had a very limited product description (eg. no dimensions of the case, besides a generic "suitable for most portable hard drives") and the single picture did not display the product very clearly. it looked like the case only zipped open top side, but in actual fact, it zips from the top down to the right hand side
so in terms of expectations, the case wasnt exactly was i was after, and i feel that the website could have included better pictures and more detailed product information, but not a dealbreaker and i cant complain too much for the price

Great Product, Cheap Price, Stupid Delivery!
I ordered an $10 amaysim Voucher from Dick Smith, on special for $7.92. It was a free shipping item but I thought because I only needed the code they would digitally send it to me. Sure enough a few days later a 5kg satchel came from Startrak with my voucher in it! Thats right, one A4 sheet of paper with a voucher on it put into a 5kg satchel. I would buy again, but I think they are just wasting resources for themselves and the customers time.
