Bought a Jabra Freeway Handsfree Car Kit from Dick Smith. They were having a sale and bought it for $99.

I used click and collect, which means you can order online and pick up at a physical store. It worked flawlessly, as it has the couple of times I have used it since.
I like how you can look up whether the closest few stores have stock and Dick Smith often have targeted very good specials.
Delivery, when I have gone that way has always been quick and cheap and sometimes free. I have fond memories of Dick Smith over the years and their website continues their great tradition.

Sad to see them going
Frequently buy items from them. They accept WISH gift cards and I get them through 5% dicount so getting additional discount on already discounted price on some of the items. Sad to note that many stores have been closed and that Woolies is selling them.
Pre-ordered starcraft II from their website. Very easy to use, free shipping, and the package was couriered instead of Auspost. The packaging itself was placed in a box with the air cushions to ensure that the original box itself was not damaged. Highly recommended

Have bought from the Dick Smith online store numerous times and have always been very happy with the service and products provided. They do tend to overpack sometimes - not so good for the environment, but it does make sure items arrive in good condition.
On this occasion it was batteries and a charger that I ordered. I received immediate notification of my order, and within a matter of hours was notified that my order had been shipped. It arrived within about 2 days of having placed my order.
