Customer service was great as well. I placed an incorrect order and emailed them about it. They changed the order promptly and the updated order was shipped out immediately. I'd definitely continue to buy from them.

I have bought many things from Bambini. Normal prices are quite expensive so I usually buy when they have their 40% off storewide sale. Shipping is free if you spend $50 or more which is not at all hard as there are SO many beautiful and innovative baby and kids products here. love the Skip Hop range. Shipping is good, there is a tracking number but i never used it as goods arrive in about a week or so. Well packaged and safe as all registered post so can't get lost. one of my fav stores! I most recently bought 2 Skip Hop brand insulated lunch bags for my kids for $15 each. very cute and included a bonus ice gel pack too.
