I ordered a sweater for my friends birthday, although it came a few weeks later than expected it was really good quality for the pricing (Where else can you get a cashmere merino mix sweater for $35?). When it came late i thought it may have gotten lost in the mail (there is a set amount of time it can be late before being classified as missing) so i contacted the customer service through live chat on their website and they replied speedily and i was contacted by one of their lost parcel people within a day. They apologised and offered to send a new one. Very impressed with service and quality and will be ordering from here again!
Want a nice wool knit top to jumper? Traditional and new aged clothing. They post out via Australia Post and delivery takes around 8-9 days. True to size chart online. I was happy with my smock and would buy from again.
