Horrific Customer Service experience. Took Inkman over a week and 4 e-mails to get back to me about returning a Drum that I ordered in error. They refused to offer me a swap for the correct model, saying it was a $120 lesson I had to wear. Even had the cheek to suggest I try to sell it on eBay.
On July 23 I ordered multiple genuine HP replacement ink cartridges and received them on July 28. The communication and prices were excellent. These guys are reliable, offer an exceptional service and all at low prices.
I needed more genuine HP cartridges so ordered five on July 14. They were delivered (with no shipping cost as I found a promo voucher) on July 16. The cost of the cartridges was the lowest I could find. I was advised at every stage of the progress of my order from order confirmation to shipping date plus tracking info. Excellent service in every way.
