Printed merchandise was very cheap. Quality isn't too good but I guess you get what you pay for. Most items are marked made in China but they ship from the Netherlands. No idea why. Not that the print quality is particularly good in the Netherlands... Took a while to arrive from the Netherlands too.
I ordered thirty of these cards to send to family members around the world. They turned out great. The quality is good and the ordering process is easy. You do have to pay %5 fee to upload photos that gets added to your bill at the end. There are very attractive options that cost extra so if you aren't careful you might blow the budget. The website tools themselves are awesome with an endless supply of templates to work with. Dragging, cropping, placing and enhancing the photos is made easy here but be aware of the slow delivery option - it may take three weeks or more.
The Business card I did for my business is really good quality. They provide a wide selections of design that will tailor to most people need. There shipping time is not too bad.
Webiste could be easier to work around, have made my sons baptism invites online , it end up "ok", delivery was fast too, it took 3 days to arrive order, however found a bit complicated to complete purchase
I have used Vistaprint for the past year for printing supplies for my business. Vistaprint always offer great prices, and always have specials. Shipping costs are slightly high though. Customer service is actually really great! If you have any questions, the team will be able to help either by phone, email, or twitter! Give them a go. You'll be surprised :)
I got 250 basic business cards printed up as I am a freelance writer and researcher going to many networking events these days. I used a coupon code to get one of the mid-level designs that I liked. I only paid about $6 for the cards themselves then upgraded to 7 day shipping and they were at my doorstep in 4 business days. I chose the slowest shipping for $10 (21 days), but still received my order in less than 2 weeks.
Quality of the printing is not great, but I guess I didn't expect them to be for their price.
It's worth checking out this site for their many promotions.
