ASOS is a popular clothing store. I bought 3 items (2 swimwear and bag). They arrived around 2 weeks later with everything individually wrapped and in a sturdy cardboard box. All items looked like the picture on the site.
Unexpected delay in shipping, but price and product was good
Ordered a couple of shirts and a tie clip set from Asos
I received an order confirmation the same day, and my item was marked as posted the following day.
From past experience, deliveries from Asos normally arrive within under a week, but this time took 2 weeks to arrive. i contacted customer service to find out the whereabouts of my order as their tracking link in the email they had provided was not working.
All the could say was that it could be due to deliveries and asked me to wait a little longer. Luckily (happily?) my order arrived a few days after.
Based on past experience and previous expectations, i was disappointed with the time taken for delivery and the fact that my tracking link did not work, but overall, 2 weeks is not unacceptable delivery time.
i was happy with my purchase as well, and so will still continue to buy from them
I bought a lovely pair of shoes that came in perfect condition, brand new exact to its description. Took about 8 business days to arrive in the grey asos bag.
Happy with the price and quality, would definitely use asos again since they stock so many brands and their site is so fun to browse.
Bought a skirt in my usual size and a large shopper hand bag.
I love that in your order confirmation it actually tells you quite accurately when to expect your parcel to be delivered. In this occasion within 10 days.
The skirt, ASOS branded, unfortunately was too small and I ended up having to give it to a friend. To return it would've cost half of what I had spent on the skirt. I wish they offered free returns.
Having not shopping on ASOS for about 5 months (more and more great online competitors and trying to save some money), I was pulled back by its recent 25% code. I ordered a pair of much-needed Nike running shoes for the gym. It was the best price I could get for those shoes after using the 25% code. The shoes are not really what I expected. They are just not as "solid" in person as appeared in the pictures and the fit is a bit tight which kinda bothers me considering they are for running. But I just couldn't be bothered to send them back and pay for shipping. The shipping was a bit slow, the order took 10 working days to arrive.
I love ASOS. It has a great range of accessories and clothing and customer service is generally good. However, I have found that their sizing can be quite varied. I purchased some leather trousers with only 1 size difference and neither fit. It was either too big or too small. Weird.
On this particular order I applied an express post code but for whatever reason it didn't register after payment was made. When I contacted customer service they said they couldn't change the delivery method even though I contacted them straight away after placing the order (they wouldn't have had a chance to pack the order yet). So on this circumstances I think some flexibility would've been nice.
With standard delivery it took about 2 weeks to arrive. Returning is simple enough but sometimes it's not worth it as the postage cost is on you.
