I bought two pairs of shoes on here, one (roc fanfare black) fitted perfectly - I wear it everyday, literally, and one (diana ferrari paulette light bone) ran large and didn't fit. The black shoes were so comfortable, I didn't even have to wear it in for it to be comfortable like most shoes. THe larger one, I was able to return free - they sent a driver to come pick it up. Took a while since the driver seemed to refuse to ring the bell for my unit... However, the refund was very prompt, so that was satisfactory. I would definitely buy from here again. It's free and very fast shipping for full priced shoes, around $7 for sales - so still very cheap.

I went onto the website return info page and followed the instructions. It was easy to follow and to arrange return pick up at my suitable hours. This was very convient as I am a full time worker and wont be home during the day for package collection.
I then received email confirmation of the pick up printed the labels, went home and placed it on the original packaging and off it went back to the store.
I love this return process, its quick and easy and refund within 7 days!

The shoes were a great price and so this did not phase me. I received the Alibaba - Black patent flats within 2 days of making the purchase. I was also provided with a tracking number, and continual email updates of its progress. The emails that they send are also really warm and cheery, and feel quite personal which is a nice touch.
