Appalling
Don't waste your time and money. They say they'll dispatch in one business day but they hadn't dispatched the order after a whole week. No communication and no explanation for delay even when I called to enquire. They ignored my email enquiry. I gave up waiting and cancelled the order after a week. What a joke.
This is the best chemist website around for their variety of products online. They stock everything! The pics of each product are a little small but you can see them clearly..just smaller than other websites I have shopped from. I purchase some QV lotion, face creams and nappy wet wipes. Delivery was $2 as they were having a special. I paid via Paypal which makes the transaction fast and easy. I received my box of items in 6 business which is great given the busy xmas period. A great experience, will buy from them again.
I ordered a Katy Perry Perfume pack including a lotion, mini-perfume, shower gel and 100ml perfume. It was in a cute purple box too. It only cost me $39.99 plus shipping and it arrived within a week!
The product was in perfect condition and was such a great and affordable present for my mom's birthday. All of the prices on chemist warehouse are fantastic and they always have awesome sales, especially on perfume and cosmetics.

ITEMS STILL NOT HERE
Ive used chemist warehouse online several times and although the prices are good i find myself constantly waiting for orders. I have a chronic illness and order a lot of vitamins and general medicines and ive had a few quick orders but ive found more than 80% of my orders have taken over a week!! great when you have run out of medicines and have to suffer til you get them... Good prices but if you order several items it seems to take forever to arrive meanwhile you have had to outlay extra money by going to a real chemist and buying what you need. Worth it if you can wait, not so much if you need your items within 4 days which to me seems reasonable but im at 5 days and still waiting. I can get personalized dog tags from ebay quicker than my medicines.
Intuitive website - easy to use. Very quick delivery and packaged very well. Love the free delivery over $100 offer. Great prices too like their brick-and-mortar stores. Will definitely purchase from this website on a regular basis.
I placed an order with Chemist Warehouse on 17 March 2013 for 2 x S26 Lactose Free Formula, 2 x S26 Lactose Free Gold Formula, some Avent Feeding Spoons and a Tommee Tippee Fresh Food Feeder (..yes, all baby products!). Chemist Warehouse is consistently cheaper on my particular brand of baby formula, although I do find it painful that you can only order two containers of the one type of formula at any one time.
Anyway, as the value of my order was over $99, I was entitled to free shipping via Australia Post.
My items were delivered on 20 March, which is a great turnaround time for ordering. Items were well packaged.
I bought 2x Loreal Men Expert Vita Lift 5 Moisturiser 50ml and had them express posted to me. Considering the size and weight of the items the postage shouldn't have cost as much as it did ($12.63). Happy with the price of the items though ($11.39 each) and the delivery time.
