I purchased a fridge from this site and the process was quite easy and painless.
The delivery was free and you get to pick the delivery date. The delivery guy would call a couple of hours before his arrival. And he also positioned and set up the fridge upon delivery.
And I liked the COD (cash on delivery) option. Don't have to pay anything until the item is delivered.
The only additional service I wish they could provide is delivery on weekends or after hours.

You can find almost any appliances in this online store from vacuum, fridges, washing machines, dishwasher, kitchen stuff, heating and cooling system ... I mean anything.
I bought a vacuum and a washing machine here and I was very happy with the service. The online store (website) is just great, it provides you wizard, tips and all the details about the product. The process of picking the right item and placing the order was really fast and easy.
The delivery is free, quick and very promptly. The washing machine was setup quickly in my place and I was even given instructions and tips about how to use it.
I am not sure about this but as I heard that big store like Harvey Norman even orders stuff from this online store.
Appliances Online were recommended to me when I was looking for a new oven in a hurry. I had never heard of them, but as they had the best price, by far, for the oven I was after, I went with them.
The ordering process was simple and the website even let me include removal of the old oven at no extra cost. I must say, that it all seemed a bit too good to be true.

After our washing machine tragically died with little warning I looked to Appliances Online for a replacement after having previously been very happy with them when I purchased a new oven.
The Appliances Online website had a great range of washing machines and after some research online and in Choice magazine I chose a new model and was happy with the price from Appliances Online.
The ordering process was simple and I was able to purchase the new machine with an advanced delivery date as we were having some work done to our laundry and it would not be ready for the new machine until the following week.
I received a call just after 8am on the morning of delivery informing me of the delivery window. As I was not able to be home for the delivery, I checked that my Mum would be able to accept delivery on my behalf and was told that would be no issue. The new machine was delivered in the last 30 minutes of the 2 hour delivery window and they took away the old washing machine without any issues.
I was again really pleased with Appliances Online and would happily buy from them again and recommend them to others.
I have made several purchases from Appliances Online over the last 4 years or so. Everything from a kettle & toaster, through vacuum cleaner, to washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Best prices. Best service. Friendly staff. Love that the delivery men help you install the new appliances and take the packing rubbish away with them along with your old, disconnected appliance.

Bought a fridge
The fridge came first thing in the morning, they called beforehand to give a rough time, prices were competitive but my only issue would be they wanted me there the whole day as delivery was not known til the day!! The guys that delivered it were friendly and install the fridge with no fuss
I ordered a dishwasher and not only were they $300 cheaper than anyone else online, but the delivery came two days later. (The timeframe was three to 5 days)
The only problem was that they didn't take the old machine as it hadn't been disconnected, but they came back after I had removed it. (I didn't know I had to do this)
This is my second purchase from Appliances Online (previously I had purchased a washing machine) and both times they have been amazingly priced, and promptly delivered.
