Appliances Online were recommended to me when I was looking for a new oven in a hurry. I had never heard of them, but as they had the best price, by far, for the oven I was after, I went with them.
The ordering process was simple and the website even let me include removal of the old oven at no extra cost. I must say, that it all seemed a bit too good to be true.
To my surprise, everything was exactly as described. The oven was delivered on time and the old one was removed without hassle.
This was a great first experience with Appliances Online and I would gladly recommend them to others.
After our washing machine tragically died with little warning I looked to Appliances Online for a replacement after having previously been very happy with them when I purchased a new oven.
The Appliances Online website had a great range of washing machines and after some research online and in Choice magazine I chose a new model and was happy with the price from Appliances Online.
The ordering process was simple and I was able to purchase the new machine with an advanced delivery date as we were having some work done to our laundry and it would not be ready for the new machine until the following week.
I received a call just after 8am on the morning of delivery informing me of the delivery window. As I was not able to be home for the delivery, I checked that my Mum would be able to accept delivery on my behalf and was told that would be no issue. The new machine was delivered in the last 30 minutes of the 2 hour delivery window and they took away the old washing machine without any issues.
I was again really pleased with Appliances Online and would happily buy from them again and recommend them to others.
I ordered a dishwasher and not only were they $300 cheaper than anyone else online, but the delivery came two days later. (The timeframe was three to 5 days)
The only problem was that they didn't take the old machine as it hadn't been disconnected, but they came back after I had removed it. (I didn't know I had to do this)
This is my second purchase from Appliances Online (previously I had purchased a washing machine) and both times they have been amazingly priced, and promptly delivered.
After using a Whirlpool 430L fridge for the last couple of years I decided to go with a side by side fridge. In the end LG and Samsung were the 2 that appealed to use after checking them out in physical stores. Looking at appliancesonline, the prices were a lot better, and after asking at HN to price match it we were refused so we decided to order online.
Samsung had a $200 gift card for the SRS683GDHLS so although the price was $2082, it would have been $1882 after the gift card. Since the product was on backorder, the earliest I could select the delivery date that suited me was for the 11th of Jan which was just over a week away which wasn't too bad. Unfortunately, the next day I received a call from their staff indicating that Samsung didn't have any stock and that the earliest they can deliver would be the 22nd. Shame that wasn't reflected on their website.
Anyhow I decided that we weren't in a rush so requested for delivery on the 25th. Straight after the call, the order was processed and an email with the digital receipt was sent with another email regarding the delivery. Somehow the email indicated the 24th as the delivery. I rang up to ask them to make sure it's delivered on the 25th and was told that it was already noted. Weren't sure why I got an email saying the 24th.
As the email indicated, I was waiting for a call before 10am on the 25th from the delivery team but didn't receive one. After ringing up I was informed that there was some mix up and the fridge was not loaded onto the truck. Very disappointed after waiting for over 3 weeks. Finally on the 1st was the fridge delivered.
The delivery was performed by a different company, but they were very professional and was very happy with their service. They removed all the plastic covers, connected the fridge to the tap and placed it into position.
Overall my first experience with appliances online was a bit mixed but the product arrived and I received the cheapest price available. They do have room to improve but i an still recommend them, especially with their good prices and free delivery for a large item such as a fridge which HN wanted $115 on top of not being able to price match.
I purchased a fridge from this site and the process was quite easy and painless.
The delivery was free and you get to pick the delivery date. The delivery guy would call a couple of hours before his arrival. And he also positioned and set up the fridge upon delivery.
And I liked the COD (cash on delivery) option. Don't have to pay anything until the item is delivered.
The only additional service I wish they could provide is delivery on weekends or after hours.

I bought a washing machine, fridge, microwave and rice cooker via Appliances Online and I will definitely do it again in future! They offer the best price and they are happy to match the price if you find it cheaper somewhere else.
This is my second time making a purchase from this site. Again, the online ordering process was simple and smooth. Selection is good and prices are competitive. The washer was delivered on time and installed without any problem.
