After placing my order, I was emailed that one of my items was out of stock, and that new stock would be expected within 2-4 days. The very next day however, I receive an email saying that my order would be dispatched in 24 hours. The items then arrived on my doorstep extremely quickly, and exactly as described. The price on these items is simply the best you will find anywhere, and the products are genuine. I look forward to shopping with DWI again.

Excellent customer service at DWI
I am a returning DWI customer. Having placed my most recent order (#10218364) for a camera lens, I realised later in the day that I had made a mistake. Emailing DWI to change my order to another lens type, I found to my relief that there was a no fuss changeover, and paying the price difference was no hassle at all. My correct order was shipped within 24hrs and delivered in Melbourne within 4 working days, which was earlier than quoted. I can highly recommend DWI.
