At first I had some problems with payment. There was a number of sometimes heated emails sent. Once I realised it was my fault I apologised and rectified the payment. DWI maintained professionalism throughout and still managed to deliver within three days of them receiving payment. Cannot fault the service offered by your company. From the initial order/Customer Service team/Delivery all handled their part with utmost courtesy and efficiency. Ordered on Thursday and delivered to Adelaide Monday morning 09.30am. Could not ask for more. Highly recommended.

I'm very happy so far with the service at D.W.I. My camera arrived by the next working day despite having only requested postage within 6 days. Although the manual is in a foreign language, their website directed me to the canon site where I could download the manual in English. The prices were very competitive and I'm more confident knowing that it included an Australian warranty. Thank you DWI :)

DWI ships very promptly and accurately. I ordered a camera and received it within 4 days. I received the tracking information, so I knew where my camera was at any one time. It was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. Also the delivery was free of charge. I will buy again from DWI.

Expectations meet
I purchased a 24-70mm f2.8 Nikon camera lens. The price was competitive but not the lowest on the net but I found other suppliers all had significant negative feed back on different forums.
This was my first purchase of so called grey imports. I do not know if there is a significance to the colour grey but my product is a genuine and does have a genuine 12 month international warranty. In short the product is exactly what ordered.
Regarding the delivery. I was advised of a delivery date and I received the product a day earlier than the commitment date. From my experience I would not hesitate to recommend DWI.
