I'm very happy so far with the service at D.W.I. My camera arrived by the next working day despite having only requested postage within 6 days. Although the manual is in a foreign language, their website directed me to the canon site where I could download the manual in English. The prices were very competitive and I'm more confident knowing that it included an Australian warranty. Thank you DWI :)

At first I had some problems with payment. There was a number of sometimes heated emails sent. Once I realised it was my fault I apologised and rectified the payment. DWI maintained professionalism throughout and still managed to deliver within three days of them receiving payment. Excellent customer service at DWI
I am a returning DWI customer. Having placed my most recent order (#10218364) for a camera lens, I realised later in the day that I had made a mistake. Emailing DWI to change my order to another lens type, I found to my relief that there was a no fuss changeover, and paying the price difference was no hassle at all. My correct order was shipped within 24hrs and delivered in Melbourne within 4 working days, which was earlier than quoted. I can highly recommend DWI.
