Ordered on Friday arrived...to my surprise on Monday, great service with the exact goods in excellent condition and very well packed. It was a Rokinon lense and DWI also had the best pric. I will certainly use DWI as my 1st option when shopping for camera gear

Lost Order
Emailed that shipment was to be sent on 14 July, sent two subsequent emails saying item was waiting for courier pick up from DWI warehouse. Finally I telephoned to be told order 'lost' in the system, but they searched their records & finally shipped it on 25 July. Slowest & most confused purchase I have ever had.

Not Happy with the Accesories
I bought a Samsung S5 - Brand new from Digital world.The website said available but when I paid the payment I got a mail saying it is out of stock. After a few days, once shipped it came on time.
Also I bought an accessory(Phone Cover) with my purchase. I am not happy with the Cover as it does not fit into the phone nor it is reliable.It fits out with a gap for water and dust to seep in through into the back of the Phone.
I would suggest the company to test all products before selling it online.

My latest was a Sigma lens to attach to a Canon. As usual, I looked around, read the reviews, checked the pricing and after several weeks pressed the PayPal button with DWI. I find them excellent because: 1. There is a contactable person behind this site. 2. Their shipping is excellent and they use high standard courier. 3. Placed two orders with them for photographic equipment, both were shipped within the advertised time frame of two business days with tracking becoming available; parcel markings were accurate; items received in good order consistent with item description on web site; vendor does charge a PayPal surcharge.

Wish that no additional fee on PayPal. For high cost item (say >$300), DWI should absorb the additional fee from PayPal rather pass it to customer. This will encourage more buyers.
