I ordered a few parts from them and all arrived quite fast. I've been buying parts from them on and off the last few years with no hassles.
I know they have good service with warranty as well as I had a video card develop a fault after a few months, so I just contacted them and the replacement was done without any hassles so I wouldn't have any issues in ordering from them again.
I ordered a set of Logitect universal remote. I took them 2 weeks to send out information about delivery date. I waited a whole day for the delivery and took day off from work because of that. However, I didn't hear any bell ringing and no note left in my mailbox. I called up the delivery company (Courier Please) and found out that the driver returned the item back to the warehouse. I have to called them to get it sent for the second time. Not happy with the services :-(
