I purchased some backpacks on sale from Incase. It was on special offers. However, after making payments, I realised that they incorrectly charged me for the delivery fee. It was supposed to be cheaper than what I was charged with. So, I contacted the customer service and they decided to waive my delivery fee. It took 2 weeks to get the refund back. Quite happy to be able to resolve issues quick and no hassle required!
