I bought a few Bourjois lip glosses from here because they were so cheap but I wouldn't buy more expensive brands like theBalm or Becca here because you can't guarantee authenticity.
My order arrived safely in 6 business days which isn't too bad, it was free shipping :)
I don't like how their website looks, the prices are not placed right next to each product but on the far right and it is annoying having to look to the right every time.
Overall, this site is good for cheap, discontinued products if you're into it but I wouldn't risk buying the more pricey stuff.
Recent purchase from strawberrynet not as thrilling as other occasions. It seems like they are reducing their range for certain products. Could not find the variety of colours i was after in foundations. Prices still good especially if you have the loyalty discounts. Hopefully the products won't get lost in transit as they did last time. Although customer service were pretty good in re-sending products, they did make me wait 14 days before they accepted it wasn't reaching it's destination.
I have used StrawberryNET on and off now for a couple of years for cosmetics, shampoos and perfumes. I have never had any issues with the service or the quality of the products.
They are competitive on price, although less so than they used to be - I think retail stores are finally cottoning on that their customers don't want to pay more than they need to.
The products I purchased (Laura Mericer eye shadow and a Youngblood blush) were on sale, and I received a loyalty discount of a further 3% off my order. I saved $20 on the eye shadow, and at least $5 on the blush.
They arrived quickly (within 5 working days) and in perfect condition.
Delivery is also free and the items are always packaged well with a pretty ribbon around hte outside. (sometimes with free samples if you're lucky).
All in all a good shopping experience. It pays to shop around to make sure they have the best price on the day. Also keep an eye out for their special deals.
I purchased 2 Elizabeth Arden lip balm sticks from here at a great price of $10.50 each with free shipping. Free shipping is given for all orders with no minimum spend. Products were dispatched the next day - supposedly. I received an email from them 4 days later to say they have run out of stock and that my shipment will be delayed! I was a bit confused as to why they said my items had been dispatched days earlier! They did promptly resend my items and they did arrive 5 business days later. Their products seem genuine do overall I am happy. I probably won't recommend to use them if you want your products in a hurry as they seem to be a bit disorganised with the shipping. But if you don't mind waiting then they have a wide range of beauty items at a much lower price than in department stores here in Australia.
