Easy to purchase stock including sale items. Fast delivery which was free because I purchased a few items. Shipping was fast, items were recieved within a few days. Should I need it is easy to return either by return envelope or via a store. Will use again
I ordered 3 tops that were on sale from the online site with free shipping. Two items ended up being cancelled and refunded after almost a week. In return they also threw in a $10 voucher but it was not a cash card and had T&C that could only be used with purchases over a certain amount. I never got to use the voucher. Shipping was standard shipping which took about more than a week. I didn't like the fact that 2 of my orders got cancelled. I think that if something isn't in stock they should state it when I am ordering and not till after I place my order.
I've shopped many times at Jeanswest for my boyfriend's clothes. Their clothes are pretty decent and cheap when they're on sale. However, if original price, I would say it's over priced but I guess we're paying for the quality of the clothes made, which I find pretty good.
Shipping policy is if you spend over $75 you'll receive FREE shipping, but if you spend under $75 than the shipping and handling cost will be $9.95. And it takes within a week for you to receive your order, I get mine in a couple days or sometimes if I'm really lucky, I'll receive it the next day. Warranty is like every other store. You can exchange or return it to any Jeanswest outlet containing the receipt of proof within 30 days, unworn and left with price tags. Everything has to be original, untouched. 30 days, so plenty of time if you're too busy and can't return it as soon as possible.
If you register to become a member of Jeanswest, there are 3 different member status. You'll start off as a base member and when you've spent more than $150 (I'm not too sure) you'll upgrade into a bronze member. With the bronze member, you'll receive 5% full priced merchandise than silver member, 10% full priced merchandise and gold member, 15% full priced merchandise. You'll receive members beneficial of discounts and exclusive offers via members shopping events.
I would recommend shopping here, most of the guy's clothes here are nice and especially their scarves are really nice and warm.
However, you might need to check on the sizes. Last time I bought my boyfriend's jeans online size 36 and he couldn't fit into it. It was too loose, so you might need to go down one size in jeans or maybe it depends on the style of jeans too.
