I ordered a Samsung S5 mini phone on 16/Sep/15. I believed them to be a partner of Amaysim since they had such a large section of Amaysim's website.
After numerous exchanges and excuses of "rush on orders" and "warehouse issues", still no phone after 6 weeks.
So I browsed their site to find a phone at the same price that might be in stock. I found one, a Samsung A5. While I was browsing, a chat popped up with "Can I help you". His name was Earvin.
So I gave him my order number and had him confirm the A5 was in stock and had him change the order. Two weeks later, still no shipping number, and no email or system update to confirm the change.
I suspect Earvin is the principal of MobiCity. The others who I spoke to in the first few weeks have probably lost their job. But Earvin was still prepared to chat and take my money whilst trading insolvent.
