When The Body Shop had an offer where you only had to spend $50 to qualify for free postage, I took the opportunity to place an order. I bought a nail polish remover, eye makeup remover, body brush and a bath lily.
I placed my order on 4 December 2015. I received an email on 10 December 2015 saying that my order had been sent and it arrived on 16 December 2015. My products arrived in a box and they were wrapped in bubble wrap. There was protective scrunched up paper on the top. It looked like everything had been wrapped in a hurry.
The Body Shop's website says that most orders are dispatched from their warehouse within 1-3 business days; that orders should be received within 3-7 working days, but it may take longer to remote and regional areas. I felt that my order took just a little bit too long to arrive, but I live in a regional area.
