Order an iPad on 18th Sep and received email require a photo ID be sent via email or fax to verify identity. Target explained this is an arrangement with Apple. Why do they need my ID? Cannot I just show my ID when pick up the item? I am concerned to give my personal information to a retailer.Despite this issue, the website is user friendly and you are able to track the item. Shipping took around 5 working days.
There WERE some hiccups with their server being overloaded, and it was about an hour and a half before I was able to successfully place my order.
However, once I'd managed to do this, their communication was fantastic, and while they promised delivery in 10 to 14 business days, I received it in 3.
I bought a cooler bar online at target. I never received confirmation of purchase and my account was never debited. Manager of target were very helpful as they gave me the purchase for the I line price and made sure my account wasn't debited twice. Online website is unfortunately quite unreliable however customer care and instore managers are great
Getting a bit sick of Target lacking customer service..
I ordered an esky and some clothing using Target's Click + Collect service and it took 20 days to come in to the store for me to pick it up. After contacting their customer support team I was given no help whatsoever and am STILL waiting to hear back from someone. I understand that this is a busy time of the year but it is becoming a bit silly now. Other than that the prices are good but not as good as their competitors and I find their stock is always the same things and never changing.
This top is really lovely and Target's so amazing as they offer a text confirmation service letting me know when my item has arrived at the Lay By counter. The actual dress is true to the colour in the website, so I'd definitely continue shopping online from Target.
Target's shipping is around $9, which I think is a bit steep if you're spending little more than $9, which I did in this case with some shoes and a blouse on sale.
I opted for the click + collect option, which meant my item was delivered to the layby counter of my local Target. This service was quick and easy, although the collection process could be smoother as staff have to look around for product. Still a recommended service as a time saver!
I cannot fault Target online the item i bought was a fair price compared to other stores i had visited online and i received the item within 3 days I found it an easy way to shop and if you needed to return the item you could do so instore
