Firstly, their website is really good, all products are guided and they use asian attractive models well in their product (good marketing strategy!)
after the checkout process, I somehow did not realize or kinda ignored the fact that I need to wait for this item as I thought it will only take 2-3 business days to ship my order, that thought however WAS NOT TRUE as I have to wait for 2-3 weeks for their item to be IN STOCK, then they have to ship it again for me, so it took another week for them to ship their products to Australia.
so I kinda regretted my decision to ordered something from this website and after that experience I started to avoid online shopping for a while ( especially clothes)
I'm not saying their business is bad, as their clothes are actually really nice and affordable, but please if you're buying from them check if the item is in stock or if not how long will it take to reach your place
The clothes in the pictures all looked really nice but when it arrived the material was extremely thin and the stitches easily came undone - some of the items listed says its two pieces but when it arrived it came as one piece of clothing that looked as if it was two layers Overall - will not shop here again

Quality is not great. The hoodie that I purchased was the most expensive item of my entire order, but the quality did not reflect the pricing. Shipping took much longer than expected. They shipped all items together which contributed to delays. They informed me that multiple items needed to be sent to their warehouse. I had to cancel a few items that I had on the order previously in order for shipping to quicken. Expected delivery was on the 17th April 2012. On the 16th they informed me that a shirt I ordered was out of stock, 13 days after purchase.
All in all. Quality was bad. Service was bad. Pricing wasn't great. Not recommended. Go to asos.
