The advertised delivery time frames are a load of bunk. Order will not be shipped until 5 days after you have received payment, but they do not tell you this until after you are wondering where your order is.
The call centre staff were extremely unhelpful, especially (Employee Name Removed), and tried to tell me that the definition of delivery was the same as that of postage. They were also condescending, had no reasonable arguments, yet still refused to refund me. The customer is not right.
