Unhappy with delivery time
I ordered a hamper for a business function. I placed the order online on a Wednesday morning specifically advising for the hamper to be delivered on the next day, Thursday, by 6pm. The hamper wasn't delivered until the following Monday at midday. Not only did the hamper not arrive on time and put me out enormously, but I didn't even receive a phone call to let me know if there was an issue. I had to call them and they blamed the courier company not taking responsibility. I won't be trusting them again with an important delivery.
I ordered a gift hamper for a co worker who had just had a baby boy. The hamper was delivered to her at the hospital the next day as promised and all the contents were of good quality. The shipping cost is also low. The only con was that the hampers are quite pricey.
I would recommend this to anyone who wants to send out a good quality gift hamper to someone :)
