I just can't resist myself to not buy anything from them, especially when they're on massive sales, so I've purchased 7 birthday cards, 1 heart clock, 2 canvas, 1 6pk geometric folders and 2 totes. It arrived in about a week or so and they came in good condition, nothing missing in the box, the heart clock is just super cute but it ticks pretty loud. Canvas are just pretty and no faulty or any damage at the back or the edges. Cards are just as creative as usual and the totes just crumple a bit coz that kind of material are usually pretty easy to get crumple but its not a big deal. I'm always happy to buy things from them.
Cotton on was having a massive winter sale so bought a huge amount of belts, beanies and scarves. Shipping is free over $50 so took advantage of that. The order took less than a week to arrive and everything was packaged individually. As always it was pleasant shopping on the site.
I bought a lovely, affordable scarf from Rubi (part of cotton on) while there was a free shipping promotion on (shipping is normally $10 or free for orders over $50) and it arrived speedily on Thursday 28/11.
I am happy with the price and am sure it will get much use when we head into the cooler months. In fact it's a cold day today and I'm wearing it right now! The site is a breeze to navigate, very easy to find what you're looking for and the checkout process is quick.
Overall, happy with this site, while I'd rather shop in-store, I may be back if there's other free shipping promos (I hate paying for shipping!!)
I was shopping in stores on the 27th of Dec. and I spotted an anorak I liked. But there were only sizes small left which I couldn't fit.
I got home and popped onto Cotton On's online store hoping there'd be some anoraks left in my size. Fingers crossed. AND YES there was an anorak in my size and colour preference, here we are with this review today.
I ordered on the 27th of Dec., processing and shipping took them 5 business days which is really impressive considering this was over the busy Christmas period. Arrived on the 3rd of January...it basically took a year - haha!
The anorak is perfect, everything I was after. Was a bit bummed I had to pay $10 for shipping but oh well, I have the anorak and couldn't be happier!
I placed an order on 17/04 for a cute pair of socks, cards and stickers and it arrived today! I'm not sure how it happened as we had the Easter long weekend! When did they process and ship it and how did it get here so quickly?!
I am still in shock, loving my cheap & cheerful purchases. They are good with the packaging, no excess waste. I would definitely shop here again (when they have free shipping, I love free shipping).
I took advantage of their "7 undies for $30" offer they had running and all of the items which I received were of great quality.
I also ordered some invisible socks which you can wear with ballet flats, but I wanted them to wear with my low-cut converse because I don't like the sight of socks and guess what? No sock-sighting! These socks are super soft and have a bit of elastic which make them stay, so no slipping down past your heel.
Lastly, I bought a pair of biker boots but there was something wrong with the cut of them, so they bunched at the top edge. I immediately contacted Cotton On through their "Contact Us" page on their website and got a response within the hour. Stacey had apologised for the inconvenience and asked whether I wished to get a refund or exchange to which I responded with "exchange". Her reply was that she had shipped off a new product for me and I would receive it within 10 working days. I'm so pleased with the customer service, I had taken photos at the ready in case they didn't believe me but no questions were asked. I will happily shop at Cotton On again! Great service & reliable.
I bought three, yes THREE, Rize Up Oversized scarves for $6 from Cotton On. The quality of these are unbelievably amazing. So warm, but not the overly heavy material that weighs down your neck. Exactly what I wanted! I bought it in black, khaki and cream; all three of the colours looked a little bit darker than on the website but nothing that made it seem like a different product all together. I also bought a $1 Sunset Beanie to make the $50 free shipping limit, and my mum loves it. She says it's warm and it looks adorable, bargain!
Together with these products I bought my brother a pair of Lachlan Shorts in khaki, and a Ecru Zip Hoodie in 'charcoal marle' which is basically a dark grey. Both of these products are great, exactly how they were pictured on the website. The jumper is warm, and very soft on the inside and the shorts fit perfectly to size. Cotton On is one of my favourite online stores and I will continue to shop here! Recommended :-)
