Nordstrom is an American online shop that ships internationally. They sell a variety of clothings from men, women, kids and juniors.
Even though it is an American site but once you first get onto the site, it will ask you to ship to Australia, click on continue and the prices will be shown in AUD.
Some of their clothings are different from what we have here in Australia, some are nice and simple but it's something we haven't seen in Australia before.
There are a range of clothings from sophisticated, professional, casual, dressy, formal and etc, depending on what you're looking for.
Now usually international orders says the order will come between 12-30 days but Nordstrom comes within a week if you're really lucky or within 2 weeks. Shipping doesn't take that long which is a good thing.
Once your payment is in they will send you a notification email telling you your order has been received by providing you with an order number if you have any requires and all your purchases information and your personal details.
Than they will send you another email that they've sent your order. To ensure you keep track of your order.
If you have any questions than they'll reply to you within 48 hours which is pretty convenient.
Returns and exchanges are within 30 days which is long as long as you have the receipt.
Pricing is pretty average but some of the things that look simple are expensive, over my budget but it might not be to you. However, the shipping and handling costs depends on the weight of your bag or depends what you purchase. I think the more you purchase, the less it will cost for shipping and handling. I'm honestly not too sure, you'd have to check out for yourself but it's a reasonable amount.
Check it out when you have time or want to shop online.
I bought a cashmere scarf from Nordstrom. The shipping was almost instant, and the website continually updates on the status of your order. Although the prices aren't the lowest, the quality of the products are impressively high. If I ever feel the need to spoil myself, I will consider purchasing from Nordstrom again.
