I ordered a couple of pairs of heels during their 20% storewide sale and they arrived in 3 business days. One of the shoes were missing extra heel tips so I Facebooked them and they sent out heel tip replacements via express postage - very happy with their service.
Their prices are quite high so I like to wait for a sale before spending there. The store site is very easy to navigate and is neat, I'd recommend them!

I purchcased a pair of lilliana window pane capri size 6 in store. The sales assistant advised that there are many size 4 online available for purchased.
I purchased the size 6 instore and then realised that maybe the size 6 was a bit too big on me.
I went online to purchase the size 4 along with a fleck scarf and key to my heart necklace for free delivery orders over $50.
I received the items two days after and the size 4 was perfect. I was happy and went back into the store to do a refund for the size 6 i bought, I got a credit note instead of a refund.

This was a bargain. I received the coat the following day, postage was fast and item was wrapped up nicely - even the buttons on the coat was wrapped up in tissue paper. It fitted well, i was very happy.
Ordered a white lace dress because it wasn't available in store. They offer free standard shipping but I paid $10 for express shipping (delivered in 1-3 days). Package arrived in 2 days and was nicely packaged. Happy with the product.

I was searching online for a pair of winter gloves. Came across Forever new and saw that they had a nice quilted material one in black which was suitable for work purposes.
There wasnt a sale but the price was decent, $19.99AUD. Shipping was fast and wrapping was great, nice and delicate material, quality was great and the wool was warm once worn.
I havent had any issues with Forever New since then for online shopping.
