It is the first time I've ordered from Saks, and I'm impressed! I ordered a wallet and a handbag, both of which were eligible for a 75% promo code at the time. And Saks also offers free international shipping while spending over $100. I received the order within 6 working days, which is a bit of a wait, but it's well worth it considering how normal online shops based in the States charge a fortune for international postage, plus Sak's awesome range of products and decent prices (comparing to how much the same brands are charged in major department stores here). Will definitely watch out for promo codes and sales at Saks and shop there again.
Two words are a music to my ears when I'm shopping online...sale and free shipping. It doesn't come better than finding the bag I've been looking for, on sale and a free shipping offer (even for international shipments). My Kate Spade bag arrived via DHL within a week, in a box with a posh envelope with my receipt and return documents should I choose not to keep the bag. Definitely happy with the service and the range of products now available to us in Australia.
