Benefit of ordering online
I ordered on the 2nd of October and my order arrived 9 business days later, today! I was so excited to just unravel everything I got, our Australian dollar has been really quite weak at the moment but the prices are still pretty reasonable compared to Australian prices.
I ordered a cute blush palette, eyeliner, mascara and a Nice Package for a friend. They arrived wrapped very prettily and in perfect condition. However upon opening my blush palette I realised it was faulty and had two of the same blush, I have contacted Benefit about this and hope to hear a response soon.
Other than that, I'm really happy with everything. Benefit usually has great service so I will keep you updated in the comments below.

Benefitting from a Benefit haul
I recently did a medium-sized order of Benefit products, they were all miniature sized in cute packaging so I could get a feel of each product to decide later on whether I want to buy full size or not.
I had used a free shipping coupon otherwise shipping is $13.95 which is not too bad. Though I hate paying for shipping, it's free if you spend over $125.
I bought online because it's much cheaper than in stores here in Australia.
My package arrived in 11 business days which is not too bad for a package from America! However, I am not impressed with the condition of my products...the cardboard packaging they were in was battered and had tears in it, the actual box it was sent it was not damaged but the packaging inside was not pretty.
I wonder if someone had gone through the products as there was a sticker attached saying 'Goods do not meet the requirement of article 9 and 10 of the Contract for the Foundation of the European Community'. Hmmm...
Overall though, my products were unharmed and I can't wait to try everything!!

Products were 40-50% cheaper than RRP in Australia which is terrific and why I resorted to purchasing from the official Benefit Cosmetics website.
My order was processed and shipped the next day! Provided transaction status via email and notified me when shipment was made. Included two free samples from a choice of four which is a good bonus. However it was rather difficult to pick a set of products that would have a total over $125 for free postage, as in most cases I was a few dollars short. I ended up having to buy a few more products than I had originally intended. Overall I am very impressed with the service. It would be handy if the free shipping mark was no more than $100 as I otherwise will need to buy about six products to qualify.
