Ordered some underwear as a backup replacement. You can never have enough. Delivery was free.
I received an order confirmation, but not an item dispatch email. After a couple of weeks, i decided to check my account and order, to find that it was marked as shipped (date unknown).
I decided to wait a couple more weeks for a package to arrive before i followed up on my order, though this was the first time (i think) that i've not received an "order has been sent" email.
Happily, my order arrived just over 3 weeks after my order was placed. So a bit of order anxiety for no reason.
Underwear was fit for purpose.
As a once off experience, not receiving an email update regarding my order was not the best experience, but at least i could log into my account to see that it had been sent.
I ordered a stainless steel survival tool form here on the 3rd of June and it arrived 9 business days later to me. It was a smooth transaction and I'm pleased with how quickly it came considering my eBay purchases from China take over a month to arrive.
It was very affordable (2c - basically free) and I love having them on hand, they're handy and one stays in my wallet so I can quickly whip it out when I need to cut something.
I had a good first experience with New Frog, I'd visit again if I come across another bargain too good to pass up.

Ordered a scarf in preparation for the oncoming cold.
As per usual, delivery was free.
An email confirmation was sent once my order was placed. My order was then marked as shipped the next day.
My order arrived 2 and a half weeks later, which is typical of orders shipped from overseas.
The scarf was actually very disappointing, with poor stitching, which was already coming apart straight out of the bag. The pattern on it looked lopsided. In fact, it was almost as if it was a cast off scrap they'd decided to sell. Definitely didn't look as nice and as classy as it did in the photos onsite. Not to mention, super thin.
Wasnt worth the hassle of chasing them up on it, so i decided to call it a write off.
Bought many things before from NewFrog, and most experiences have been good, so this failed purchase won't stop me from buying from them again. I guess, pictures don't always tell the correct story

Ordered a hand crank torch to have around the place in case i didnt have batteries handy. as with all orders, shipping was free.
My order was confirmed the same day, but only shipped out 6 days later. My item arrived 15 days later, but was damaged (crushed).
I contacted customer service and had to send them a picture of the item. Once it was confirmed, they offered me the option of a refund or to re-send the item. I chose to wait for a re-send.
It took another month for my replacement item to arrive. But this time, at least it was intact.
Not a good experience in terms of purchasing the item and the time taken (luckily i wasnt in a rush to receive the item), but i can say that their customer service was helpful.
So, overall, an acceptable purchasing experience (not everything goes perfectly all the time and its the customer service, post purchase, which matters).
Based on this, i will continue to purchase from NewFrog

The day before i was about to write an email to NewFrog to enquire about the status of my item, it was delivered. Delivery time was effectively 2 weeks from the date of payment, so i was happy, just worried that it was never shipped!
Friend seemed to like the novelty of the bottle opener, so i'm happy with that too.
