Amazing inexpensive mineral makeup
Since sensitive skin is one of my curses, I almost always use mineral makeup when I can. My skin's been pretty oily as of late, so I returned to my trusty Everyday Minerals. Back when I was a teen, I used Bare Minerals - but the quality of EM is comparable if not better and also way, way cheaper.
So, I just ordered the 7 Piece Custom Sample Kit to find my skin's undertone, as I've gotten considerably tanner living in Australia! Amazing in itself, the kit is free! It comes with 7 little pots that can be used for around 4 applications (in my case at least.) As expected, the quality is still top-notch. However, as with any mineral makeup, it does tend to accentuate any dry patches on your face.
First-class mail shipping from America was also super cheap, at $3.85! It took like a week and a half though, which isn't bad but still. The suspense kills me, but it was very much worth it and I've already placed another order since then!
A little bit of mineral make up goes a looong way! Especially for someone like me who only wear make up when I have to or feel like it (which is mainly on weekends). The amazing thing about Everyday Minerals is that they offer free sample foundations/blushes - 7 to be exact, you just need to pay for shipping and shipping is getting even more affordable now. It use to be $7 now it's a measly $3.55! You don't have to order anything else if you don't want to and you can order free samples each time every time without actually purchasing their very affordable full sized make up. Shipping took approximately 2 weeks from the US. My last order was in 2010 for some free samples (and concealer) and I'm still using the samples! The trouble is choosing! So many colours! Love them!
