A great site but be very confident about the items you choose
This site has a huge range and great sales! They have a really good system where people who have already purchased the item that you are looking at provide feedback so you get a more realistic idea of how the item might be (for example, they can tell you if the item is a small, large, or 'true-to-size' fit; or they can say what occasions they have worn the item on which I found helped me when I was looking for something that was formal enough for a wedding).
Being a large US site they have a very large sale section, much of which is made up of the current Australian seasonal wear and there are amazing bargains!
There are several shipping options. Basic shipping is reasonable in cost but slow. I chose an expedited service because I needed my purchase for a specific event. I paid far more for shipping than for the dress but it arrived within two and a half weeks.
I would shop here again but I would be very careful of measurements. I would also only buy very 'safe' items that are 'easy fits' or prints that are very clear. As is often the case with online shopping I was disappointed when my item arrived because, despite an excellent site with a lot of information, my item was not what I imagined. I think that this just goes with the territory of online shopping though, I don't think it is specific to this site.
The site also put a lot of effort into obtaining customer feedback so this can only improve their service in the future.
