Ordered an acne spray, supposedly to have been delivered in 7-21 working days as stated by the site. However, it was not. Thinking it would take longer as it was an international transaction, I did not bother writing in until 2 months later. Customer service responded quickly and dispatched another item promptly, which I received 2 weeks later. No reason was given as to why the first product did not reach me.
