I ordered a wayuu taya foundation susu bag. The bag was on sale and delivery was free. When the bag arrived two weeks later, I was disappointed that the colour I received was not the colour pictured. In fact the colour was completely different. I contacted Shopbop to complain about this and they offered me a refund which I accepted. I was pleased they offered the refund even though it was a sale item. Good service.
I have purchased from Shop bop on a number of occasions and generally their garments are great quality and priced competitively. Delivery is timely so no complaints
Late last year however I had to return a garment which was a sale item but did not match the description online. Without fuss my credit request was accepted (because of the misrepresentation) and I followed their return procedures for free return delivery however it took me about 8 weeks and a couple of emails to actually receive the credit so if you are returning be patient in the beginning if that is what you experience but dont leave it to chance that you will get the return credited to your account as a matter of course. Keep copies of all your paperwork that you send the garment back with and chase up the credit after about 6 weeks. They will tell you first that it hasnt been received but lo and behold a week or so later the garment's return was confirmed and I received my credit
