I ordered two textbooks from booktopia. Both book were discounted because there was a sale on. Postage is not too bad but other book stores do offer free postage. Package arrived within a couple of days so it was pretty good.
This website has by far the cheapest offer on books around. If you sign up to their emails they are always offering free shipping or if you live in Sydney you can pick up your books from their warehouse. The have a great selection and I was able to find books that I haven't been able to find in other bookstores/sites. If you cancel your order however you don't get your money back only a credit. But for a book lover like me that wasn't a problem.
Ordered a dvd from booktopia whilst they had a flash sale which was great but as another bonus they had a free shipping offer which meant i saved $6.50. In the end the shipping was great ordered on friday recieved on monday.

One thing I like about Booktopia is that they are clear about when your book will be delivered. I received my books within 2 days of ordering. However, from past experience, when a book is not in stock, booktopia lets you know when to expect it.
