They are my number 2 favourite online shop, I like their clothing and pretty much everything, but the only cons is their size are not really accurate, some of the clothes sometime are 1 size smaller, I had an issue with their delivery before, the parcel usually take 8 days to arrive but that time was longer than usual so I sent them an email about it, and they replied within 1 day and my parcel arrived after a few day. Their service was pretty good and efficiently too. So overall, they are very nice.
My first purchase from Boo Hoo was average. I bought a mens cardigan for $9.00 which seemed great value for money. But, when I received the product, it turned out to be a ladies cardigan (the buttons were on the opposite side)!! I didn't return the item, as it was only $9.00. All in all, okay value. Just check what your buying before you pay.
Bought a dress from Boohoo recently. They have a huge range of well priced clothing/shoes/etc and they often have discounts as well. The site is very easy to use.
I placed my order on 18/02, it was dispatched on 19/02 and received on 01/03. Standard shipping is free and as it was sent from the UK, I am quite happy with the shipping time. They also offer express shipping for $10.
The dress I bought was of excellent quality. It fit perfectly and was exactly as pictured/described.
Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Boohoo and I will definitely be back again!
I was quiet impressed with the over all marketing campaigns and look of this website. Their low prices and free shipping were also a plus.
The cons were that it took ages for my order to arrive and when it did the clothes were such bad quality and made of the worst materials. One of the buttons was falling of the jacket and there were loose threads sticking out on one of the blouses i order. I definitely wont be shopping from there again.
Great service, the items on website are great, fashionable ! theres lots of variety and lots to chose from, got a few clothes which arrived really quick , as store is locate in UK and Items arrived witin a week of purchase.

I bought a dress, a cardigan and a purse. The quality of the products from Boohoo reflects the price of the products. Cheap.. If you want stylish cheap clothing that does not last for ages then you are alright buying it of Boohoo. However, if you are looking to supply your wardrobe with long-lasting basics, this is not the place to purchase such things. My order arrived 8 days after I ordered.. so shipping was satisfying!
