Last night i ordered three sweaters and a shirt off Boohoo all for $64 (working out to be $16 an item!) as there was a site-wide 20% off and on top of that, free shipping! The website is easy to use and they have a massive range of stuff. From past experience although their sweaters are not made of wool they are quite comfortable and good quality AND look really good as well. Shipping is usually quite fast and will arrive within 10-15 within 8 working days and considering it comes from England that is very reasonable. They always have some sort of discount running and I will be recommending BooHoo to my friends!
With a christmas sale and student discount Boohoo looked like a great choice for a new clothing order.
The website was easy to use, with quick postage from Australia Post including tracking! Emails were prompt and detailed and the items were great quality.
An item had to be sent back due to not being as expected. $7.50 for the return postage but it does take a while for a refund to be processed. Customer care was very fast to reply to any questions.
I ordered a few shorts and playsuits off boohoo and i love what i have received as per usual! They have a wide range of clothes at really cheap prices. The parcel came on time and most of the clothes were on sale, some being further discounted. The site is easy to use although i do find that searching for clothes in the search bar is quite confusing. The only issue i have is that i find the size guide can be quite unreliable so usually i look at what size the model is wearing and try and guess based on that, which as you can imagine can sometimes be unreliable. All in all BOOHOO is my absolute favourite on-line store and i will be shopping there again!
If you order from boohoo, you will be the one crying! Boohoo sells cheap clothing at a cheap price. That would be alright if they didn't have such lousy customer service. If you order from them, be prepared to be one big unhappy customer. To prove it, try and find a contact phone number so you can call them. They have so many problems, they can't handle the calls so they don't give out a number. And if you try to use their system of tweeting and direct messaging, expect it to take days to resolve your issue. I just gave up!! They may tell you they resolved your problem because they said "sorry" but "sorry" is all you will get and all you will be if you order from them.
