Quality Printing @ Low Cost
I ordered a photo book from Snapfish Australia for my friend's birthday and received a high quality photo book within 4 days. It is 20% cheaper compare to retail stores and I have also received a bonus of 100 free photo prints.
I've ordered prints from snapfish many times before but this time I went for a canvas print. The pricing was great, i got over 50% off due to their end of financial year sale. I can't wait to see my canvas. Although they now charge a convenience fee for picking up the order, it still works out to be much cheaper than shipping fees and there are so many kmart stores you can pick it up from.
I received 50 free prints from Snapfish through a coupon which included free shipping. They were great to deal with, I uploaded my pictures onto their site and selected how many copies I wanted and my order was delivered two days later. I'm impressed with the quality and efficiency with printing and delivery.
I used the Kmart Photo Centre as I wanted to pick up from the local store though I usually order via Snapfish. The photos take a while to upload but once they are there, they are very easy to order. The Kmart and Snapfish sites are interchangeable too so you can access the same albums when you login from either link.
I have ordered quite a few times from Snapfish and the process has been very smooth. It seems to take a lot longer to get to the store than if it was delivered directly though which is odd.
Customer service is great and very prompt too. One one occasion, I printed a set of photos that came out a lot darker than expected. I emailed them and they promptly refunded the print costs which was a very pleasant surprise.

I ordered a personalised mug and card, and almost 20 business days later - it STILL has not arrived. I have tried contacting everybody I can (which is very difficult, as the only people I could find were the Snapfish Online Chat people and the actual store). I am so jealous of everybody with positive reviews and I am saddened that I did not get the same experience - I absolutely hate this and would never go through this inconvenience ever again and I would not recommend this to any of my friends (although I will be sure to give them a recount of my absolutely horrible experience).
Make sure you double check which snapfish site you are using!
I have been using snapfish Australia for a couple of years and have always been very happy with their service. However, after ordering my calendars this year for Christmas gifts I have discovered that I actually ordered them through snapfish USA by mistake so now they will not be arriving by the expected date (19/12/2014) I can't believe this has happened as it has never happened to me previously. The site looked exactly the same and had my projects listed.
I recommend that an alert comes up when a snapfish Australia customer is ordering products from overseas as if it happened to me it could happen to others.
I am so disappointed that my family's gifts will not be arriving before Christmas!
Whilst my enlargements haven't arrived yet (only ordered yesterday) I was very impressed when Snapfish manually applied a 50% saving coupon I had forgotten to apply. Only took one email from me. Totally impressed!
