I purchased a umbrella from the origin outlet sale- it was 50% off. once the umbrella arrived, it wasn't closing properly so I emailed Oroton asking them How I can get it fixed. They replied saying that all their products come with a years warranty and that all I had to do was take it to my nearest oroton store (with the receipt) and they would issue me a new umbrella.
I took it to my local store and was given a new umbrella without any questions.
My mother had called me one day whilst I was at work, told me that she had left her umbrella on the train, she loved that umbrella, not because it was oroton, but because the colour was her favourite.
I went online straight away to search for the same umbrella, unfortunately, it seemed like that season colour was sold out and not even ebay had anything.
I went to the oroton website to check them out, they only had the new stock in.
So I checked their SALE tab on the website and it showed a few items.
I spotted large o small umbrella colour: magenta
I placed an order for this sale item @ $26 and was lucky enough that there was no shipping fee during the festive season.
The item arrived in a box, and well wrapped. no damages and it was perfect. It was a great gift again for my mother - this time she can put it in her bag instead of using the big handle umbrella.
I will definitely buy from Oroton again, their website was user friendly.
