I have shopped in store and online at Jade & Belle a myriad of times. This was the first time I needed to make an exchange and it was for an online purchase so I was a little nervous as these things can always prove to be difficult.
I purchased a pair of pants on the Monday, and received them the next day. The pants were on sale at a good price, but the only issue upon receiving them was the fit.
I emailed returns, explaining my situation and received a prompt response. I was immediately offered an exchange (no refunds on sale items) and this was great news. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I contacted the store who were equally as helpful and advised I could make the exchange in store if I so wish. I was provided with an RA number (returns authorisation number)and it was as simple as showing it to the lady in store.
An absolutely fantastic experience ! I truly felt that the service was genuine, with minimal fuss and smooth from start to finish.
